Coaching & therapy in nature

Coaching & therapy in nature

Are you facing issues in your life, work or relationship that you feel you could approach differently? Do you want to explore a new path, but you’re unsure what or how? Or are you so preoccupied with others that you no longer know how you feel yourself?

As your psychologist and coach, I’ll guide you in the following themes and life questions:

Feeling stuck

Do you feel like nothing’s been working recently? Have you lost sight of yourself?

Stress, somber or burn-out

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Want to improve your work-life balance?

Meaning and purpose

Do you want to discover who you are and what’s important to you in life?

Work issues

Are you experiencing problems at work? Perhaps you’re ready for a change?

Would you like more self-esteem? And to be more compassionate to yourself?

Dealing with loss

Grief, job loss, divorce or illness: do you need help to cope with the change?

Finding your way in nature

One step at a time, at your own pace. Even after the first session you’ll experience movement within yourself and start noticing small changes.

A walk & talk in nature has a special effect on people. When outdoors, the combination of talking, physical movement and the natural environment opens you to mental recovery and new insights. Research shows that this form of coaching/therapy is very suited to stress complaints, burnout, depression, anxiety and dealing with loss. It also has positive effects on job satisfaction, self-confidence and self-esteem.

In the first instance. I’ll help you connect more deeply with yourself so you can discover the core of the problem. I do this by means of mindfulness techniques and exercises in which nature works as a mirror. Then we’ll work on which direction, solution or approach is the right one for you. So that you can leave old patterns and convictions behind you and rediscover happiness and vitality in your life and work.
